Governmental, Social and Environmental Commitment

As an Institute, we are committed to delivering value to society. For this reason, we create educational courses, carry out our projects consciously and create professional opportunities for minority groups. We believe in better futures and work for that purpose.

Planet

We offer an environmental self-declaration methodology to zero the carbon footprint in the projects in which we operate.

Still in a sealed commitment to sustainability, we have a waste management program that involves the correct disposal of waste for recycling and electronic waste.

Education and Community

We empower the community to work in the programming and IT area by creating educational opportunities through vnt/school, the Venturus' corporate university.

Some initiatives: technical training program for high school students, Venturus 4Tech, and participation in Hacktowns.

In a commitment to the local community, we also make frequent donations of discarded machines and products. In 2022, there were more than R$ 33,000 in donations.

People and Corporate Diversity

We encourage the hiring of people from minority groups (women, black people, people with disabilities, or LGBTQIAP+) for all areas and functions, including outsourced workers.

Within Venturus, we are constantly improving the Care4All Program, with actions that promote the physical, mental and financial well-being of employees.

Impact on society

We created CaronaVNT, a carpooling program that makes it easier to travel to Venturus - we offer home office, hybrid and face-to-face work options, at the employee's expense.

The objective is to stimulate the reduction of carbon emissions and create a sense of community in the company.
